Motherhood is the best feeling, that every women would love to experience. So to keep this feeling & journey of pregnancy more strong and beautiful in you, there is a certain area of concern that you must be aware of. Pregnancy, the most beautiful feeling and experience a woman can have. but along with that there are a few problems that we should take care of during our pregnancy. Some women face pre- pregnancy issues, and some, while they are pregnant. Now how do we deal with these minor issues in pregnancy.
NERVOUSNESS:- Firstly we must always ensure, with utmost care for a normal delivery. While you are pregnant, Make sure to talk to your doctor about your health problems, whether you need a change of doctor, or medications.
MOOD SWINGS:- During your pregnancy, there are a lot of hormone changes taking place. You start to feel tired, low in mood, weak. Anxiety, depressions, high blood pressure, infections during pregnancy, all these issues are related, to when your pregnant.
MORNING SICKNESS:- its true that morning sickness is just one of the common symptoms of pregnancy, which arises due to extreme hormonal imbalance taking place in your body.’
WEIGHT GAIN:- Weight gain issues in the first few months are very minimal. Infact there are women who tend to lose weight at early stages of pregnancy. Unless there are some alarming signs like, bloating, panic attacks, dehydration, weight loss etc. you got to take care of your well being when you are pregnant.
ITCHY NIPPLES:- Blame the new cleavage. Things that have a drastic change in your body visibly is the size of your breasts. As and when your breasts grow, the skin area around and to it, starts getting more sensitive prone. And to which stretch marks takes place. This can also trigger to itchiness, or redness under breasts or a certain type of infection externally.
Heart Burns:- it’s a common problem, where during a pregnancy you start to feel slight heavy, feeling of anxiety is too much, mood fluctuations, also heart burns, for instance leading into gastric problems, acidity, constipation etc. you may get fever or chills, leading to some sort of discomfort within you.
Yeast Infections:- an infection which is caused to poor immune’teata system, if your don diet for pregnancy. Or over growth of different bacteria which is generally found in vaginal
Its not a threat to you or your baby, its just the change in your hormones. Yeats infection can make you quiet uncomfortable. It has a white or yellowish, thick cottage cheese like substance. can cause, uti, swelling, itchiness, pain while passing urination etc.. Wearing cotton panties change daily. Avoid douching. Use mild soaps to wash your genitals and most important avoid perfumes and deodorised pads. As these can the Ph balance of the vagina and can lead to infections or vaginal thrush.
Cramps, Swelling & Skin Changes:- these are of the well know issues where women go through while experiencing the journey of pregnancy.
Having a healthy lifestyle, with regular exercises consulted with your physician or gynecologist & getting plenty of rest should help alleviate the symptoms. For instance elevating your feet up as much as you can will help relieve swelling feet and ankles. Rotation 5 to 10 times of your ankles will give a good stretch.
Stretch Marks :- these look like pink streaks like fine lines that develop on the surface of the skin. Mostly in people who grow fat and lose weight drastically are prone to stretch marks. They are also known as Stria . In pregnant women they usually appear over the tummy area, inner thighs outer thighs. First you may notice some itchiness around the area and the skin starts becoming pink and thin. However hormonal changes happen and it can get you some stretch marks. Which can be totally lightened by massaging it with vitamin e oil.
Indigestion:- this is also known as dyspepsia, or discomfort in the upper area of the abdomen. You may experience heart burn, vomiting, bloating etc.. Indigestion in pregnancy rarely causes complications so you need not worry on that. 6 to 7 out of 10 experience indigestion problems. Which is very common when baby develops. It is important to discuss this with your doctor and get your medication as advised.
