Since we all girls and ladies out there wish to have a beautiful long hair, we provide you some excellent tips to grow your hair long and how to keep then nourished..
1- Grandma’s style, oil your hair thrice a week, use castor oil with a mixture of olive oil in it. Apply it to all over your scalp and tips so as to make sure its thoroughly covered. Massage it with your finger tips and use a hot towel to steam it. This will make the oil seep into your scalp and will give a good way for the follicles to grow.

5- curry leaves have the most prime properties in growing your hair long, thick and black. Take 20 to 30 curry leaves, add coconut oil to it and bring it to a boil.. until it tunrs dark. This residue can be used as regular hair oils. And you can see the difference in 1 months time span.
6- Onion juice, raw onion juice can be used on your scalp to boost the growth of your hair as it has properties like triglycerides in it.. which helps in growing your hair long.
7- There are several multi vitamin tablets and hair growth serums in the market. One can always consult a tricologist in context to your hair type for a better result in growth . say for instance , using biotin or consuming vitamin c tablets helps to grow your hair. But also you need to be aware as to how and when these tablets can be consumed
8- Coconut milk when mixed with methi seeds and ground to a paste and when used and applied to your roots and the tips of your hair will instantly help grow your hair at a quick level.
9- Genetics also play a vital role in having great healthy long hair, as consumption of food and environment also matters equally, since now a days to manage your tresses in stress spoils your growth and texture of hair.
10- Apply tea leaf water and henna in to your hair , cover the whole of your hair from scalp to the tips and keep it for 30 mins, this will give a cooling effect and will soothe your scalp.
