LAY THE BEST FOUNDATION FOR A LIFE TIME OF GOOD HEALTH
It is said to have known that women have 25% higher amount of fat than men. The reason being is because women at some point in their lives may nourish a fetus and then a baby from their own reserves, and this a the very reason why women have to stock up on some energy in the form of fat. All healthy people do have fat reserves for proper functioning of their bodies. The biggest dilemmas for us women is aspiring for that ultimate fitness or we can say equaling up to men & their workouts. What best to train and how differently one can do it? Is the question?
For all you lovely women out there, I have something to say, that no matter what shape & size are you, your internal strengths & the feel good factor within yourself does the magic for you.
So lets get started, with some exciting tips on your overall health.
1: SWEAT IT OUT
While exercise is almost always a good thing, it’s important to make sure the routine you’re planning is right for you. It’s very essential to sweat the heat from your body while exercising. Involve into outdoor sports, cycle your gears up, get into some kickboxing and lawn tennis, or just brisk walking will do wonders. And if outdoor seems difficult then work it out with yoga and some aerobics and Pilates at home.
And feel the difference for yourself.
2: HYDRATE WELL
Our body needs water as much as it needs oxygen to function properly. This is one of the most important things you can do during your exercise routine. While you sweat gut out, we tend to lose excess amount of salt and water from our system, and that is why we fall prey to a weak immune system and various diseases. Water is the main element to ensure your body is well hydrated with 8 to 12 glasses of water, as it helps fight toxins. Adding few flavors in tea like green white, lemon or ginger will be beneficial for as well.
3: COLOR IT RAINBOW IN YOUR DIET
We all love rainbows, and we also know its colors. How about I say that adding these colors into your palate, will help you gain all those nutrients that’s required for
your body. So spice your food with bell peppers, capsaicin, lean meat, veggies, fruits & salads. Bring home organic veggies and fruits than processed ones. Stay healthy with snacking on pulses and nuts, instead of fries and junk. Consuming smaller meals a day proves beneficial & keeps you full throughout the day than having 3 larger meals.
4: GET THAT TOUT POSTURE
While most of women get busy with their domestic and social work patterns, we fail to look back on our posture throughout the day. So at work or home ensure you keep a alarm set to correct your posture at regular intervals, you don’t want to be one of those who snack on small children while they dream. Keep your core muscles strong and tight, sit up straight, do some stretching before you get to your work. Ensure an uptight form and be comfortable in your body type that you have. Feel proud of it. And there you go your absolutely ready to rock the world.
5: REGULAR CHECK UPS
At certain age women have the tendencies to lose the density of bones due their growing & fluctuating hormones, but there is nothing to fear as there is this one simple routine to follow. Keep a check on your calcium intake, which you could find in all the dairy products like cottage cheese, tofu, milk, curds etc. primarily you should get plenty of dark green leafy vegetables and up your resistance levels. This helps in reducing inflammation and water retention in your body.

6: REJUVENATE & RELAX
Why don’t we all follow and do what we love to, which is the most favorite part for all we women. Get yourself a spa and massage on regular basis to keep your body toned and moist. Detox your pantry from all the junkies stored in there. Get into some music therapy to soothe your mind boy and soul. Cut back on tv at late nights. Sleep early and rise early for a healthy better living.
