Too many people think that to gym and crash diet is the best way to fight and lose weight. Well this is just a piece of news we all are aware of, but the fact is that we have to know our food well. For a better start it is a must to know about what we consume in our day to day life.

Have you ever wondered ? why ? one has this dilemma of losing weight’s andbecausedietingthe ,correctthat way to lose weight is basically a balance of both, diet and exercising.One must ensure first to keep a check on their diet habis, their routine and their life style..

So’s takelet you on a good trip of losing weight the right way… We are sharing few tips and a diet plan where anybody can follow and try to achieve their target of weight loss.

•    Throw away the whites and welcome the browns, I mean keep bay all the maida and white rice , breads, pizzaz, pastas, etc , basically carbs is what I mean..and the browns are the brown breads, wheat flakes, whole wheat grain food items etc..

•    Low glycemic fruits and veggies are important for everyone than consuming sweet sugary canned products from the markets..

•    Seafood is the best when one thinks to lose weight, infact fish is the best source of minerals, protiens and omega fatty acids. To lose weight try to keep fried stuff away.

•    Junkies are out and natural products farm fresh vegetables and fruits are in..

Now that you know your limitations on what you need to keep closer and what to keep at bay.. here are some diet tips which you can follow with no confusions in mind.. Make up your mind, to keep fit look great and feel the magic of a new you..

So lets, start.. here are some important tips for weight loss..

Morning – Breakfast is the most important factor in our lives..1 glass ½oflimelukewarmsqueezedwaterfollowed, by 1 tsp honey stir them well, and have it on an empty stomach first thing after you wake up.

This helps clearing your toxins from your body. Choose a heavy range of breakfast combinations so that you stay fuller for the whole day .

1 cup oats,(addormilk)porridgewaterno sugar
2 boiled egg whites, 1 bread toast.
1 glass of fresh orange , sweet lime or water melon optional(upma, poha or wheat flakes with skimmed
milk or soy milk if no allergies can be taken for breakfast).

Mid morning –  1 apple or an orange.A cup of green tea ( any) flavor

Nuts like almonds and dried grapes are the Best.

Afternoon –    Lunch is a compulsion by itself..

•    3 chapatis/rotis or 1 small portion of brown rice.

•    1 bowl of yellow dal or red dal.

•    Grilled or baked , boiled chicken or fish

•    A bowl of salad.

•    Green(anyleafy) vegetables

•    Curds can be consumed during the daytime..

Mid evening –   A snack time for your check..

Evenings comprises of whole wheat sandwich(veg)/chicken

A cup(anyof)greenflavortea    /Fresh juice citrus only.

OR

Egg white(cottagesndwich or paneer cheese)sandwich will keep your appetite full.

•    Fruit juices or a fresh cut fruits will work wonders.

Dinner time – Same as lunch is what you can opt for, Or you can comprise your dinner with, 1 bowl of soup homemade(any) 1 bowl of salad freshly cut boiled chicken or grilled fish
Or

1 bowl of dal, black or red lentils

1 portion of soya bean chunks sauteed with bell peppers.

Grilled paneer or tofu works great.

So try to follow these simple home made diets where its easy to find your space to lose weight. Keeping the diet factor in mind, ensure to exercise every single day.Sweat those calories, burn it out and stay fit.. keep a target in front of you to lose inch as well as the tough weight.You will see the results in you and the confidence that you posses doubles up!!!

RUNDOWN THESE IN YOUR TO DO LIST Not all carbs are bad carbs, Avoid heavy dinner Never skip your breakfast, 5 litres of water consumption is a must fibre is excellent for your weight loss avoid sweet processed food and drinks, drink water before meals, asmall trick to eat light n lose weight..

Remember these golden words Have breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince & dinner like a pauper….
